1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use and Service Agreement (“Terms”) govern the use of the Yarneo.eu platform (“Platform”, “Yarneo”, “Service”).
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, publishing a listing, or using the Platform’s features, the user accepts these Terms.
The Platform enables users to:
- publish listings related to yarns and fibers,
- buy and sell goods,
- establish business contacts,
- access offers and user contact details.
Yarneo acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users.
The Operator is not responsible for:
- product quality,
- performance of agreements,
- payments between users,
- accuracy of listings.
The Platform is primarily intended for business-to-business (B2B) use.
2. User Account and Registration
Most Platform features require account registration.
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for securing their login credentials.
The Operator may suspend or delete an account in cases of:
- violation of these Terms,
- false information,
- actions harmful to the Platform or other users,
- suspected fraud or abuse.
3. Subscriptions and Membership Plans
3.1 Nature of Subscriptions
Access to certain Platform features requires a paid subscription (“Membership Plan”).
Features may include:
- access to sellers’ contact details (e.g., Connect plan),
- ability to publish listings,
- store functionality,
- listing promotion,
- increased visibility of offers.
Seller contact details are not publicly available and may only be visible to users with an active subscription.
Features depend on the selected plan.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis.
Payment is charged automatically on the renewal date.
Subscriptions remain active until canceled by the user.
3.3 Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals.
Access to services continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Fees for a started billing period are non-refundable unless required by law.
3.4 Price Changes
The Operator may change subscription prices. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.
3.5 Non-Payment
In case of failed payment, the Operator may:
- suspend the account,
- limit functionality,
- remove listings,
- terminate access to services.
4. Listings and Stores
Users may publish listings according to the limits of their selected plan.
Listings must comply with applicable law and reflect actual conditions.
The following content is prohibited:
- misleading or false information,
- violation of third-party rights,
- content unrelated to the Platform’s scope,
- illegal products or services.
The Operator may remove listings without prior notice.
5. Communication Between Users
Access to contact details may require an active subscription.
The following actions are prohibited:
- bypassing the Platform system,
- collecting contacts to avoid using Yarneo services,
- copying or selling user data,
- spamming users.
6. Transactions Between Users
Sales agreements are concluded solely between users.
The Operator is not responsible for:
- delivery,
- payment,
- product quality,
- commercial disputes,
- failure of either party to perform.
7. Prohibited Activities (Acceptable Use Policy)
Users are prohibited from:
- violating applicable law,
- impersonating others,
- sending spam,
- manipulating listings or prices,
- automated data extraction (scraping),
- attempting fraud,
- disrupting Platform operation,
- infringing intellectual property rights.
Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Platform, software, design, and content belong to the Operator.
Copying or distribution without permission is prohibited.
9. Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service or business results.
The Operator’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user within the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without refund.
11. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of:
- duplicate payments,
- technical errors of the Platform,
- legal obligations.
12. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The data controller is Yarneo — Adam Głogowski.
Personal data is processed for:
- providing Platform services,
- payment processing,
- user communication,
- system security,
- legal compliance.
Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
13. Cookies
The Platform uses cookies to ensure proper operation, analyze traffic, and improve functionality.
14. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If the user is a consumer, they may withdraw from the first subscription within 14 days of purchase in accordance with EU law, unless service provision has begun with their consent.
15. Changes to Terms
The Operator may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Poland.
