1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the Yarneo.eu platform (“Platform”, “Yarneo”). By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Platform, the user agrees to these Terms.

Yarneo is an online B2B/B2C platform enabling users to:

• publish listings related to yarns and fibers
• buy and sell goods
• establish business contacts
• access offers and user contact details

Yarneo acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users.

The Operator is not responsible for:

• product quality
• contract performance
• payments between users
• accuracy of listings

The Platform is primarily intended for business-to-business (B2B) use.

2. User Accounts

Most Platform features require registration. Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security. Accounts are intended for single business use only. Sharing access is prohibited.

The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• violation of these Terms
• false information
• harmful activity
• suspected fraud

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Services

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

Features may include:

• access to contact details
• listing publication
• store functionality
• promotion and visibility

Contact details are not publicly visible and require an active subscription.

3.2 Pricing and VAT

All prices are net and may be subject to VAT depending on the user’s country. Users must provide correct billing details, including VAT number where applicable.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly).

3.4 Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

3.5 Non-Payment

The Operator may:

• suspend accounts
• limit features
• remove listings

4. Listings

Users may publish listings according to their plan.

Listings must be:

• lawful
• accurate
• relevant to the Platform

The Operator may remove listings at any time.

5. Communication

Access to contact details may require a subscription.

Users must not:

• bypass the Platform
• collect contacts outside the Platform
• sell or misuse data
• spam users

Contacts may only be used for legitimate business purposes.

6. Transactions

Transactions are conducted directly between users.

The Operator is not responsible for:

• delivery
• payments
• product quality
• disputes

The Operator does not guarantee business results.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• violate laws
• impersonate others
• manipulate listings
• scrape data
• attempt fraud
• disrupt the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform rights belong to the Operator.

9. Availability

The Platform is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

11. Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable except in cases of:

• duplicate payments
• technical errors
• legal obligations

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

13. Cookies

The Platform uses cookies.

14. Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days where applicable.

 15. Changes

The Operator may update these Terms.

16. Governing Law

Polish law applies.
